Ostaline Mining Services was formed in Sydney in 1988 to service the mining and construction industries in Australia and overseas.
Ostaline's core business is the provision of equipment and instruments specifically for ground support and drill and blast activities in mines, as well the as an array of equipment for the mixing, conveying and spraying of cementitious grouts and compounds for a variety of applications in the construction industry. These products are backed up by an efficient spare parts and service support network.
Elroy Caspersz is the head and founder of the company. Gavin Caspersz controls marketing, sales, customer service and day-to-day operations.
Greg Williams provides a technical back-up, electronic design, repair and installation service for all instrumentation. Mick Bower acts in both an operational and administrative capacity for marketing, sales, technical and logistical activities.
Ron McKenzie, a Mining Engineer, who specialises in ground control and has a long term consulting arrangement with the company, provides mining and technical expertise in all matters related to grouting and ground support.
