LOCAL BACKUP SERVICES FOR GROUTING EQUIPMENT AND TRANSTRONIC INSTRUMENTS AVAILABLE THROUGH OSTALINE
- Ostaline will handle any warranty claims against the manufacturer on behalf of the customer, for any faulty component of the grouting equipment or angle/depth system concerned.
- To allow for a quick response during a breakdown situation, Ostaline will hold stock of the all of the main components of the equipment/system, available for immediate supply. In the case of a claim for a fault under warranty, we will despatch a warranty replacement part until the nature of the fault is established and a warranty situation can be confirmed. For commonly damaged or wear components, stock will be held in Sydney, NSW and (for Transtronic Angle/Depth Systems), in Kalgoorlie, WA.
- Technical Backup services, such as assistance with troubleshooting the system or equipment, technical or operational queries, is provided via telephone between 9:00am and 5:00pm (EST), which is diverted to mobile for any urgent after-hours assistance. Onsite servicing of Transtronic systems can also be made available at competitive pricing (please enquire). In the case of grouting equipment, recommended repair and service centres are available nationwide (please enquire).
- Trained technical representatives are based in Sydney and, for TranstronicAB, in Kalgoorlie and can be made available to install and/or commission equipment/systems.
- A repair service to any component of Transtronic systems is available through our offices in Sydney (usually a 1 to 2 week turnaround). Costs are very competitive and all work is guaranteed for 6 months.
- All technical, operational and promotional literature for the system/equipment concerned can be accessed via our offices in Sydney.
- For all Transtronic Angle & Depth Systems, training of operator, maintenance, engineering and management personnel on the operating aspects of the system concerned, followed by training of maintenance personnel on the relevant maintenance aspects of the system, is able to be provided in a classroom environment and where required, in-situ (please enquire for further details). The training programme can include the preparation of customised step-by-step procedures for operating the Transtronic equipment concerned and/or a pre-start (or maintenance) check of accuracy. These procedures take into account existing site-based procedures, local ring/laser mark-up procedures etc. A full report on the training conducted is provided. Written guidance on operator competencies and training assessments can also be provided. During such visits, a comprehensive test of the system(s) onsite to established protocols is usually conducted and a detailed report with relevant recommendations provided to senior maintenance personnel.
