Transtronic AB was founded in Sweden in 1972. Transtronic angle, depth and deviation measurement instruments have a proven track record for over four decades in terms of improved productivity and cost-effectiveness in Australia and around the world.
Transtronic’s range of CMI (CAN Module Instrument) for Angle and Depth Measurement and Display and CMS (CAN Module System) for the Logging and Display of Angles, Depth and a multitude of Drilling Parameters, are both available to cover the majority of drilling applications in both surface and underground mines.
CMI and CMS are modular systems that allow for greater interchangeability of components with other types of CMI/CMS systems, the ability to add extra sensors and features as required and the flexibility to customise units to suit specific applications.
Local support for Transtronic instruments is available in terms of installation, training, spare parts and repairs to malfunctioning components through Ostaline in Sydney and our resellers in Perth and Kalgoorlie.
CMI and CMS systems can both be upgraded to operate as a GPS Drill Hole Navigation System. Details will be available soon
